Dear Jay,
It really depends on the kua number of your child. Depending on the Kua number each child has 4 good and 4 bad locations. look up the kua number of your child and then let his/her head point towards that direction.

If the only wall you can use is the wall that adjoins the ensuite this is OK - if you have a good solid headboard for the cot.
