Dear Honey,
I have a balcony on my 1st floor which faces the West, facing the evening sun. I am thinking of covering up the balcony with windows and curtains to block off some of the heat. Is it ok to do this sort of renovation this year ?

If not, which direction is the best to put the bird bath?

Dear Honey Lim,

I want to put the new fence at North, west and east, could you please advice me what’s the cure to do it as it will distrub the GDJ, 5 yellow and 3 killings? Could you please advice me the exact direction such as NE1 for GDJ, 3 killing and 5 yellows? Please help me to avoid any bad luck for this renovation. Thank you

If the fence stretches beyond the NOrth, then start at a different location and then move to the north. As long as u don’t start or end at the North it should be fine. But don’t start and end at the East (3 killings) and NOrtheast this year (GDJ). Good luck for 2009!

Please advice me what to do. I need to put the fencing in the north 2009 as 5 yellow is there this year 2009 I need to put the fence means it will need to make the hole on the ground. The reason I need to because somebody tried to broke into my house. I need to protect myself and my house from robery but the other side, I dont want to suffer from loss or any unfortunete matter due to this renovation. My house is facing north. Dear Honey,
I am thinking of cleaning my roof tiles and re coating and re painting them thereafter. I read your article about not being allowed to renovate or disturb anything in the south sector. Will my actions activate all the bad stars etc in the south sector? And if so, what are the possible bad incidents that could happen and how can I prevent them from happening?

Dear Ashley, the south sector was for last year. This year it is OK do clean your tiles etc in the south sector.

I am new to feng shui but now I feel it affects you believe it or not. Before I began looking into this school of thought, I had a water leak that came out of a wall that I had hun a painting of trees and water on. I now know that I should not hand a picture of water on a wall that has plumbing pipes behind it. This water caused my floors to buckle and have to be taken up and replaced. They are in a north room. Not knowing about pi Yuo and the grand Duke, I proceeded to have the floors fixed. Shortly therafter,my elderly male cat of 17 years worsened and had kidney failure. We lost him. Now I will always take the Grand Duke seriously because I have seen first hand what can happen.

and i just bought the PI YAO creature for good luck, further more i am a business man.
and do not know where to place the creature in to my house to have good luck and fortune .

The PiYao should always be placed facing the grand duke jupiter at the location of the grand duke jupiter of that year. This year of the Rat the GDJ is in North 2.
