Hello reader! Welcome to my newly revamped website in the format of a blog. Many of you have been asking me (for years!) for a forum or a method to leave comments. Well, here you have it! My first feng shui blog! This new format has siginificantly different features from the previous 2 versions of my site:
1) No Logging In - For starters, you no longer have to log in to view special articles. Everything on this site is available for you to read.
2) Comments & Questions - You can write comments or ask questions specific to each posting or article. You can even view what other people have said about the posting, and what my replies are in relation to a posting. Please see my policy on comments though.
3) RSS Feeds - you can subscribe to RSS feeds to get updates from this site regularly when it gets updated with new postings.

4) Email updates - if you prefer to get your RSS feeds via email, you can subscribe by email (see subscription on the right hand corner). Emails updates are sent out about once or twice a month.
This blog gives me excellent features and makes it super easy for me to keep the site fresh and updated. I look forward to a more interactive experience with you! Please continue to support this site so that I can keep it alive for a few more years. If you enjoy the new format please do write in to let me know!

Hi, I am a Realtor and have a home listed right now that I feel should have sold quickly. It’s beautiful and the price is right as well. Any idea on what I could do to bring good luck to this home, so that it will sell quickly? Our housing market is a bit slow right now, but this home is the best priced one in the area compared with other homes that offer the same features.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
